Collection of protocols used in the SITES AquaNet-AQUACOSM-plus run-off variability mesocosm experiment. The experiment was set-up 5 times in total in three lakes: in Bolmen and Erken in summer 2022 and in Bolmen, Erken and Ersjön in spring 2023 using the SITES AquaNet mesocosm infrastructure connected to three of the constituent research stations (Bolmen, Erken, Skogaryd; Sweden).
